By using this website you agree to comply with and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Handmade Artworks

All products are designed and handwritten by me, Jules, in my home studio. As each artwork is an original it may differ slightly from the website photograph, but this will not affect the overall look of the design.

Please carefully check the information you provide to me for personalising your artwork i.e. names, personalised messages etc as I will write them exactly as supplied & cannot be held responsible for any errors on your part. Thank you.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

I am sorry but I am unable to accept cancellations, returns or refunds as all my items are handmade to order.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit please contact me within 3 days of receiving your damaged order. Please attach photographs of the damaged item & packaging. If your timescale allows for a replacement to be made, I will happily do so. If not I will offer a full refund (only with photographic proof of damage).

Data protection guarantee

Any personal information that you provide to me including your name, address, telephone number and email address will only be used for the purpose of producing and delivering your handmade item. I do not collect or record any payment details you provide when purchasing from my website. Your credit card details are processed by my payment processor, Paypal.

All images on this website are the property of Jules Eachus and must not be modified, distributed of reposted without my prior consent. Thank you.
